1. Sandals Grand St. Lucian
Location: Gros Islet, St. Lucia Dining: 12 restaurants, 7 bars Beach: Mile-long stretch, volcanic mountain views
- Best for: Groups, younger travelers, honeymooners, destination weddings
- Water sports: Best resort for motorized water sports; snorkeling and scuba diving right off resort, both included in stay cost
- Pools: Main pool has a lively, social atmosphere (trivia, water aerobics, games) pulling in beach guests too; also a quieter pool set behind the resort, though less frequented
- Rooms: Limited variety in room/pool configurations, but this is the only property with overwater bungalows
- Convenience: On-site dock makes it easiest for excursions, snorkeling, and scuba trips — other two resorts transport guests here for water activities
- Price: Most expensive of the three
2. Sandals Halcyon Beach
Location: Castries, St. Lucia Dining: 6 restaurants, 7 bars Beach: Long, flat stretch; main pool overlooks the beach
- Vibe: Quietest and most intimate/low-key of the three; described as the hosts' favorite spot-on resort
- Pools: Home to the longest pool in the Caribbean, with private pockets for relaxation
- Return guests: Known for a "homey" feel — fewer renovations, high repeat-guest loyalty
- Beach: Pleasant but lower foot traffic; more walking than lounging/drinking crowd
- Location advantage: Centrally located between the other two Sandals resorts — easy to visit both
- Rooms: Smaller on average, reflected in price
- Price: Most affordable of the three
3. Sandals Regency La Toc
Location: Castries, St. Lucia (220-acre estate) Dining: 10 restaurants, 8 bars Beach: Set on a hill — Sunset Bluff area up top, main resort area below

- New addition: Rendezvous Village — set back for privacy, gorgeous beach views, private pools available
- Beach: Polarizing — hosts' personal favorite for its energy, but can feel too intense for some; slightly more frequent "red flag" days limiting water sports vs. the other two resorts
- Pools: Multiple options — lively main pool overlooking the beach, a strict "quiet pool" (no games/trivia), and another calmer pool on the Sunset Bluff side
- Dining: Hosts' favorite food scene on the island
- Bucan — Caribbean/local flavor concept (originated at Sandals St. Vincent & the Grenadines), strong St. Lucian spice influence
- Piton's — Caribbean restaurant with a refreshed menu
- First of the three to get a proper coffee shop (two planned within the next year)
- Rooms: Widest range — from basic to two-story honeymoon suites with private pools and beachfront access

- Guests at any of the three St. Lucia Sandals can visit the other two for the day (beach access) or dinner
- Sandals is actively renovating/optimizing properties — La Toc has seen the most updates so far; Grand St. Lucian is next in line
