• Blow dryer quality is poor relative to the resort's price point
• Toiletry brand found to be drying; not up to luxury resort standards
• No door on the bedroom side of the bathroom pass-through — makes it difficult to move in/out at night without disturbing a sleeping partner
• Vanity lighting — lighted mirror exists at main sinks but not at the dedicated vanity area; an additional lighted mirror there would improve usability
