Beaches Turks & Caicos: Treasure Beach Village - First Look
Michelle & Dan | Honeymoon Always
Overview
Michelle and Dan were invited to experience the brand-new Treasure Beach Village at Beaches Turks & Caicos, a family-friendly all-inclusive resort. This new wing features new suites, new restaurants, and a new pool — all open to the entire resort regardless of where you're staying.

The Pool
The Treasure Beach pool is their new favorite on the property.
- Large, river-shaped layout that naturally creates distinct zones — kids splash pad and water slide, a swim-up bar area, and a front infinity pool section
- Feels serene and relaxed despite being family-friendly, because the shape creates separation between activity levels
- DJ plays for a couple hours daily, otherwise atmosphere is calm
- Beach chairs: Arriving around 8–8:30am secured chairs easily during their visit; availability may shift as the village gets busier over time
- Bonus for the whole resort: The additional chairs here relieve pressure from other villages like Caribbean Village — guests from anywhere on the property can come find a chair more easily
- Swim-up bar has a snow cone machine
- Mobile drink cart circulates the pool area
- Poolside drink service available
- Closest pool to the best nearby snorkeling beach on the property
Note: This was the first week of operation — long-term flow and crowd patterns are still TBD.
Dining
Butch's Steakhouse (New)
The Treasure Beach Village has its own Butch's Steakhouse — a brand familiar to Sandals/Beaches regulars, but this one stood out as one of the best meals they've had at any all-inclusive.
- Standouts: Truffle mac and cheese (ordered a second bowl), tomahawk-style pork chop, lamb
- Kids menu available — families are welcome
- Caveat: It's a hot ticket right now; small restaurant + just opened = hard to get a reservation. Travel agent clients can get help securing a table
Pinta Food Court (New)
A multi-cuisine food court concept serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner — elevated above typical Beaches fare.
- Cuisines: Mexican, Caribbean, Italian, Asian — mix and match in one meal
- Breakfast: Buffet staples with regional influences
- Dinner: Same cuisines, different menu from lunch
- Great for groups — order widely and share
- Standouts: Hot honey pizza (Michelle's pick), Korean fried chicken, conch fritters (Dan's top pick)
- Quick, convenient, and open all day
Other Amenities
Cinema
- Shows several movies daily
- Popcorn with a butter pump, snacks, and a soda machine available
- Also functions as a solid midday snack stop even if you're not watching a film
Concierge Lounge
- All Treasure Beach rooms are concierge level or above
- Large dedicated lounge for making dinner reservations, spa appointments, and excursion bookings
- Also doubles as a relaxed hangout spot — cookies available
The Rooms
All Treasure Beach accommodations are concierge level or higher. Rooms are spacious and spread out — a deliberate contrast to some other village configurations where multiple beds in one suite can leave very little floor space.
Highlights:
- Luxurious and brand new throughout
- Extra perks exclusive to Treasure Beach Village guests
- Three-story villas available — ideal for family reunions or larger groups, with a rooftop barbecue and plenty of room to spread out
Location Considerations: Is Treasure Beach Right for You?
Treasure Beach is at one end of a very large resort. From the Italian Village (where Michelle and Dan are staying), it's approximately a 10-minute walk.
| Stay in Treasure Beach if… | Consider another village if… |
|---|---|
| You want brand-new, luxury accommodations | You prefer being centrally located |
| You want exclusive perks and a quieter pool vibe | You want easy access to Froyo (Yo-Yo) and the coffee shop (JoJo) |
| You're doing a family reunion or villa-style stay | You're traveling with kids who want to be near central resort activity |
| You're a couple or family who wants more space | You don't want a long walk to reach other parts of the resort |
Michelle and Dan personally love the Caribbean Village for its central location and proximity to the frozen yogurt and coffee shop — they found those spots especially popular with kids in the family. A new coffee shop has now opened on the Treasure Beach side as well.
Resort-Wide Updates: From GM Derek
The general manager — Derek, who went viral on TikTok for his leadership during Hurricane Beryl at Sandals Duns River — is now leading Beaches Turks & Caicos. He shared upcoming resort-wide updates:
- Fall: Renovations begin on the Key West Village side
- Spring: ~100 suites in the Caribbean Village will be renovated
- Total investment: Approximately $250 million planned for resort-wide upgrades
Sandals & Beaches Brand Expansion
Four new family-friendly all-inclusives are coming to the Sandals/Beaches portfolio:
- Jamaica
- The Bahamas
- Barbados
- St. Vincent and the Grenadines
Bottom Line
Treasure Beach Village is a strong addition to an already large and well-regarded resort. The pool, the dining, and the room quality are all elevated — and the entire resort benefits from the added chairs and amenities. If you're considering a stay, village placement matters on a property this size, so getting personalized guidance on the right room for your group is worth it.
