Our Assessment: Probably one of the finest hotels we've ever stayed in, and we've stayed in some lovely places. It's really something else.

We just disembarked from an AmaWaterways river cruise that traveled from Ho Chi Minh City down the Mekong River. We disembarked at the ship's dock at Kampong Chhang (approximately a five-hour journey from Siem Reap).
