Important Restrictions
Non-Refundable Deposit
- $250 deposit required
- Completely non-refundable once paid
- Date changes and adjustments allowed
- Different from standard Sandals bookings (refundable up to 45 days before travel)
Travel Agent Limitations
- Booking is made directly with Sandals
- Can only transfer to the travel agent who booked your current trip
- Cannot switch to a new travel agent
- If booked without an agent, stays with Sandals permanently

- Anniversary Discount: One free night when staying 7+ nights in Club/Butler level within 30 days of wedding anniversary (better value than loyalty discount)
